He holds a degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and an MBA from The University of Colorado, and is an active member of SPE, SEG and AAPG.

Since Oracle, Ramil has been with startups and growth companies in Austin serving in consulting, product marketing, and sales leadership capacities often as an advisor to customer CxOs. Notably, as a part of Troux’s executive staff, he helped Troux execute its packaged application strategy for IT Portfolio Management and established its global pre-sales organization to move Troux from market entrant to market leader in under 2 years.
With a specialty in sales strategy and improving the customer experience, Ramil is currently responsible for Zenoss' customer acquisition team focusing on transforming how complex organizations ensure their technology dependent business are always on. Ramil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University and served as a VP for the Data Processing Management Association in the College of Business.
Tanya AndrienVice President, Strategic DevelopmentDrillinginfo
Tanya’s professional career spans more than 15 years in the areas of finance, strategy and management. As the Vice President of Strategic Development for Drillinginfo, Tanya helps identify opportunities to expand into new markets, and she sets and evaluates internal, strategic objectives and metrics to measure DI’s success. Prior to this role, Tanya worked as Drillinginfo’s Market Director for Finance and Oilfield Services, and she was the Product Manager for Analytics.
Before joining DI, Tanya was a Lecturer at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and the Associate Director of the McCombs Energy Center, where she was responsible for alumni relations, student programming, and business operations. Prior to working at McCombs, Tanya was a Director at Duff and Phelps, an international financial advisory firm.
Tanya graduated Magna Cum Laude in Economics from Princeton University and she holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where she was a Palmer Scholar.
David SimsCFOOneMap Mineral Services
Having spent the majority of his career at Constellation Energy (later Exelon Corporation), David Sims has extensive experience making principal investments and executing structured transactions. At the time of his departure in 2014, he was Vice President – Head of Upstream for Exelon, contributing ~$300M in operating cash flow and over $230M in pre-tax earnings over 4 years on an average asset base of ~$325M.
In addition, David led a special project team to form a new LNG business for the company. Constellation’s upstream team focused on making direct working interest investments on a non-operated basis across the U.S. In his role leading the group, he was responsible for all aspects of the business including deal sourcing, evaluation and execution; asset management and harvesting/realization; financial forecasting and price risk management; and internal and external reporting.
Prior to his role in E&P, David was the regional lead in ERCOT for Constellation’s power origination business. Immediately before joining OneMap, David was a Managing Director at the Can-China Global Resource Fund. During his short tenure there, he successfully placed over $200 million in a series of three transactions in the U.S. and Canada in both the upstream and midstream sectors.
David earned his B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University.
